“I knew there had to be a better way to get clients than calling people and annoying them during dinner time and walking up and knocking on their door. I wanted other options for marketing as a real estate agent and Promo is the right tool for connecting with people and building relationships.”

Lori Rivero has been working as a real estate agent since 2016. As a Green Lion Realty agent in the South Florida area, she concentrates on listings for first-time homebuyers and newlyweds. She also works closely with builders to help bring custom-built homes to the market.

The problem: “When I started out as an agent, I found a lot of other agents and brokerages used marketing tactics that I really didn’t think worked anymore. I was looking for a way to connect with customers, increase brand awareness and build a larger audience and client list using engaging content and social media.”

How Lori currently markets: Lori blogs, runs paid ads on Facebook and YouTube, posts content on Tumblr, Reddit, Instagram, and Twitter, and she even writes local interest stories about interesting things happening in the Sarasota and surrounding areas to reach her target audience and acquire more leads.

The discovery: “I found Promo while I was working on Facebook. I clicked the link, watched the tutorial, and thought this is what I need to get myself over the ‘Top Ten Things To Do In Florida’ ads. I knew this was something that was going to set me up so that I would go a little above and beyond, so that I would stand out a little more than anyone else, and catch people’s attention.”

The plan: Lori’s plan was to create funny, engaging real estate videos that would lead people to call and learn more about her services. She also wanted to create videos that would keep people coming back to her page, over and over again, to watch more videos and engage with them. Her first video did just that:

Skyrocketing results: “After using Promo for two months, my leads increased by 40%, I signed four new clients with the video I made with the guy dancing in the tutu, my inquires increased after using only three videos, and I’ve gotten over 15,000 views on the videos I posted on YouTube.”

The spend: Lori operates on a monthly acquisition budget of approximately $200. She puts this money towards boosting her videos with better targeting on Facebook and promoting them on Google. With this affordable budget, Lori’s videos got in front of the right audiences and helped produce these results.

Why Lori loves Promo: “I love the quality and the professional look of the videos. I love that it’s a super fun tool to use. Within 15 minutes, my videos are ready.”

Final thoughts: “I created my first ad with Promo and I fell in love.  For the same reason I clicked on your video, I created a video that was fun, humorous, and upbeat, in hopes people would stop and watch my advertisement as well. And in the end, my business has grown by 40 percent. How can I not speak so highly of this tool? I am a fan for life!”
