As our Admin & Operations, you will be the heart of the office! Your responsibility will be to make sure that our office is always running smoothly, effectively and happily. We are growing fast and we need you to bring more order to our office.
You should be very tidy and super organized person. You should also be a people person with a very can-do approach.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Owning the look and the feel of our new offices
Greet, assist and direct interviewers, visitors, and employees
Ordering groceries, coffee, vegetables and fruit, water and making sure the kitchen is full.
Managing all office issues like purchasing office equipment, software, and online services
Responsible for the communication with all the office suppliers - cleaning company, building, communications, insurance, car leasing,
Serve as the point person for office related duties such as maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, catering & groceries, etc
Responsible for work travels abroad.
Helping HR, finance and Marketing team with administrative tasks
Assist other departments with administrative tasks, as needed
What do you need to succeed?
A service-oriented office manager with at least 2 years of experience from a high tech company.
You love people, you're a team player and helping others makes you feel good.
Keeping things organized is your passion and your time management skills are great.
A self-starter who likes to take an initiative
Flexible and cooperative and not afraid to take directions and run with them on your own.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email-related software
Familiar with the startup's environment - advantage.
Problem-solving abilities and both results, and detail oriented.
Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude.
