  • Fluent in Python - can easily use modern data science tools like: Numpy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Plotly

Promo.com is looking for a CRM Manager to join the Retention Team. We’re looking for someone who has a strong business orientation and combines creativity with solid technical skills. This skillset will enable you to initiate and execute personalized marketing campaigns and optimize existing funnels to increase conversion, customer retention, and loyalty. 

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Define, develop, and drive our multi-channel outbound marketing strategy to increase revenue and customer loyalty
  • Manage a full campaign cycle including ideation, planning, execution, analysis, and optimization
  • Create and manage customer omnichannel experience via email, in-app, mobile and web push, and additional channels
  • Partner with the creative and content teams to develop the most successful messaging, templates, landing pages, creative, and campaign flow.
  • Analyze user behavior data to find new opportunities in terms of the right segments, events, and timing.

What you’ll do

  • Work together with Product, R&D and Customer Success teams to create a compelling Go-To-Market plan that takes Promo into its next phase of revenue growth.
  • Lead and empower a high-performing, collaborative team of marketers across brand, design, performance, communications and PR, content, product marketing, and lead generation. Drive vision and oversee efforts across these functions.
  • Conceptualize and implement a marketing roadmap and translate those concepts into actionable quarterly objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and establish marketing-specific metrics that have a direct impact on company revenue goals.
  • Lead the overall planning, development and alignment of Promo’s presence and brand across our suite of products to increase salience for our customers, partners, prospects, and the press.
  • Own messaging in partnership with Product, Creative and Customer Success to stay ahead of market trends, create a constant feedback loop with our customer’s needs and establish differentiated market positioning.
  • Deploy and optimize the company’s marketing automation to ensure scalable and cost-effective marketing operations processes with positive ROI.
  • Oversee internal communications to ensure all employees are updated on key company messages and clearly understand the Promo’s brand, vision and values.
  • Uncover and scale new marketing channels to impact the company’s growth goals.

Position Requirements

  • A growth marketer. You have 8+ years of experience in fast-growing B2B SAAS companies aiming for global markets with proven ability to scale a business from its growth stages to the next level and a track record of quantifiable results and success.
  • A skilled leader. You have prior experience with successfully building and leading a team of 10+ employees with exceptional communication and presentation skills and excellent creative storytelling abilities.
  • A driving force. You have the skill set to lead marketing processes from A-Z: From ideation to execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • A go-getter. You are passionate about identifying new opportunities for growth and mining for insights by analyzing customer data.
  • An acrobat. You are comfortable working in a fast-changing, adaptive environment

  • Owner of the product roadmap. You will direct and oversee the feature set, user experience, and timelines while supporting company objectives.
  • Plan new products. You will use tools such as brainstorming, market research, user research, usability testing, and studies as well as competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with different teams. Create detailed product-requirement documentation for new features, while working closely with R&D, Design, Marketing, and BI teams.
  • Analyze outcomes. Define the metrics and KPIs used to measure the health of the product, what success looks like and plans for improvements over time.

Who you are

  • A master of product development. At least 5 years of product management experience, taking products and features from inception to launch.
  • A user-experience expert. Experience in building simple and intuitive consumer-facing SaaS products.
  • A skillful communicator. You have a high level of English and great customer-facing communication skills.
  • An analyst. You have robust data analysis skills and proven experience with BI tools.
  • A problem-solver. You independently find detailed solutions to complex problems.
